Frequently Asked Questions

  • It is custom- fit jewelry that is welded on through a quick, easy, and painless process. Since it is welded on, it won’t have a clasp & will 'permanently' stay on (until you decide to remove it)

  • All chains are 14k gold filled or sterling silver!

Gold filled means that the coating is 100x thicker than gold plated. Our silver is .925 sterling silver which is tarnish-resistant when worn daily!

Sterling silver can temporarily tarnish under certain conditions such as natural hot springs, chlorine, sulfur, bleach, and other strong chemicals. Most discoloration can be taken right off or softly scrub with a soft bristled toothbrush and soapy water. When worn daily chains are 'washed' when you wash!

  • Our jewelry can be easily cut to be removed, should you ever decide to take it off. Make sure you cut it at the link that's been welded on & save your chain in case you want to get it rewelded in the future. You can use nail clippers or kitchen scissors.

  • You will pick out a chain from our current collection for your bracelet, anklet, or necklace.

The chain will be sized to your preferred fit.

Your chain will be weld closed! This is completely painless and safe. There is a spark during the process so we ask you to look away or wear our safety glasses.

  • While it is called 'permanent jewelry', nothing in life is permanent! We do the best we can to provide you a secure and high- quality piece, but our jewelry is not indestructible! We have had customers who have had their pieces on for years & some who only had them for a few months or a year! The piece's durability and duration with its owner typically depend on the owner's lifestyle.

We recommend following our care guidelines to keep your jewelry looking its best for as long as possible.

  • Permanent jewelry ranges in pricing depending on the metal and the piece of jewelry. A gold-filled bracelet can range from $65 to $120 and a sterling silver bracelet can range from $60 to $90. Anklets in gold-filled and sterling silver range from $75-130

Each piece is priced by material, style, and length. I strive to make my products as affordable as possible while still honoring the value of the labor and hard work of our team.

  • With every piece purchased, we offer one complimentary reattachment! If the chain is not in its original condition (stretched beyond repair, or has multiple breaks), a new chain will need to be purchased. After the first free repair, there is a small reattachment fee. We do not replace lost chains.

  • The easiest way to clean your permanent jewelry is using some dish soap, a soft bristle toothbrush, and water. You can also rub it in the shower!

Though our piece are long-lasting, we still do not recommend them coming in direct contact with lotions, oils, perfumes, and other chemicals, as much as is within your control.  This can dull the pieces and reduce their shine.  If you live a more active lifestyle, clean your jewelry more frequently!

If you go in the pool, please be sure to clean your jewelry immediately after contact with chlorine! Each person and piece of jewelry responds differently. We have some clients who have had no issues, and some who have color change. If you want to be safe cut off your jewelry if you will be frequently spending time in the pool, and we will reattatch it later!

  • All sales are final. We will not replace lost chains. If you lose your chain within 7 days of purchase please send us a message and we will replace it! All lost chains outside of 7 days are not under warranty.
